Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania szkło - ceramiki budowlanej, polega na rozdrobnieniu żużla paleniskowego poniżej 1 mm i zmieszaniu go z substancją poprawiającą plastyczność oraz obniżającą temperaturę topnienia, którą stanowi szkło wodne sodowe lub potasowe w ilości od 150 do 250 ml na jeden kilogram żużla, a następnie poddaniu powstałej masy procesowi formowania wyprasek pod ciśnieniem zakresu od 50 do 100 MPa i ich spiekaniu w temperaturze z zakresu 500 - 1100°C.The method of producing glass - building ceramics consists in grinding furnace slag below 1 mm and mixing it with a substance improving plasticity and reducing the melting temperature, which is sodium or potassium water glass in an amount of 150 to 250 ml per one kilogram of slag, and then subjecting the resulting mass of the molding process under a pressure of 50 to 100 MPa and sintering at a temperature in the range of 500 - 1100 ° C.
