Abstract

The given method is related to traditional ceramic material mainly building material production, using chemical treatment of dominating in technological cycle raw material (illite clay). Purpose of the proposed invention is to offer energy-efficient technology for producing ceramic materials from illite clay as raw material, and in order to increase sintering temperature of ceramic products and simultaneously providing high compressive strength using chemical treatment of raw material of clay with alkali. The offered method contains only chemical treatment and farther sintering of ceramic material at a temperature of 600 to 700 centigrade.
