Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania implantu polega na nanoszeniu na strukturę nośną (1) pokrycia z syntetycznego hydroksyapatytu w wyniku zanurzenia tej struktury (1) w zawiesinie (3) i wywołaniu zjawiska kawitacji w części zawiesiny (3) kontaktującej się ze strukturą nośną (1). Zawiesinę (3) tworzą ciekła faza rozpraszająca, korzystnie woda, oraz faza rozpraszana w postaci ziaren syntetycznego hydroksyapatytu o średnim rozmiarze nie przekraczającym 100 nm i zawierających wodę strukturalną w ilości od 2 do 6% wagowych. Implant kostny ma pokrycie z opisanego wyżej hydroksyapatytu poddanego działaniu kawitacji i o grubości wynoszącej od 50 nm do 1000 nm, korzystnie od 50 nm do 300 nm.
