Abstract

Sposób uszczelnienia worka filtracyjnego w miejscach łączenia materiału filtracyjnego przez zszycie, polega na tym, że worek filtracyjny formuje się z przynajmniej jednej połaci materiału filtracyjnego, po czym na powierzchnię przynajmniej jednego łączonego brzegu materiału filtracyjnego nanosi się warstwę płynnego lub półpłynnego uszczelniacza w taki sposób, aby łączone brzegi materiału filtracyjnego stykały się ze sobą, co najmniej na powierzchni pokrytej uszczelniaczem. Po nałożeniu warstwy uszczelniacza, przygotowane wcześniej elementy worka filtracyjnego łączy się trwale poprzez zszycie za pomocą nici. Worek filtracyjny, uformowany z przynajmniej jednej połaci materiału filtracyjnego, której brzegi (2 i 3) są połączone za pomocą nici (5), przynajmniej jednym szwem, charakteryzuje się tym, że w miejscach zszycia, pomiędzy stykającymi się powierzchniami łączonych brzegów materiału filtracyjnego (2 i 3) znajduje się warstwa uszczelniacza (4) nałożona przed zszyciem (4).
