Abstract
Sposób sieciowania kauczuku chloroprenowego polega na ogrzewaniu tego kauczuku z kompleksem metalu, jak acetyloacetonian żelaza (II), acetyloacetonian kobaltu (II), acetyloacetonian manganu (II), di-µ-chloro-bis(1,5-cyklooktadieno)diiryd (I), di-chlorodibenzylonitrylopallad (II) lub dichloro(1,5-cyklooktadieno)ruten (II), krzemionką pirogeniczną oraz trietanoloaminą w prasie w temperaturze 160°C. Wyroby gumowe wytworzone z kompozycji zaproponowanych w tym sposobie wykazują dobre właściwości mechaniczne tj. wytrzymałość na rozciąganie, wydłużenie w chwili zerwania oraz naprężenie przy 100% wydłużeniu.
