Abstract
Sposób recyklingu zużytych filtrów oleju i paliwa polega na tym, że wymieszane, pocięte wstępnie filtry bez względu na ich rodzaj i pochodzenie, poddaje się w trakcie mieszania działaniu rozpuszczalnika. Proces prowadzi się w zbiorniku głównym (1) napełnionym rozpuszczalnikiem a rozdrobnione filtry zanurzone w rozpuszczalniku podlegają rozdzieleniu na metale, papier i rozpuszczone w rozpuszczalniku paliwa czy smary, oddzielony papier przemieszczający się ku górze zbiornika głównego (1) jest odbierany a metale opadające w dół na umieszczoną pod dnem zbiornika głównego (1) obrotową tarczę (4), której płaszczyzna umieszczona jest pod kątem 15 - 45° w stosunku do pionu i posiada na obwodzie magnesy, są sortowane na przyciągane do magnesów metale, które następnie są zgarniane z brzegu tarczy (4) i przekazywane do zbiornika metali żelaznych (6) i na aluminium opadające w dół i kierowane do zbiornika aluminium (7) umieszczonego pod opuszczonym brzegiem obrotowej tarczy (4). Wyodrębnione składniki oddziela się od rozpuszczalnika znanymi metodami.
