Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest addytyw mineralny, zwłaszcza do stosowania w procesie ciągłego przetwarzania odpadowych tworzyw sztucznych, polegającym na stopieniu utworzonego z nich wsadu polimerowego w formie sieczki, granul lub aglomeratów, poddaniu otrzymanej fazy procesowi pirolizy realizowanej w ekstruderze i z kolei w reaktorze, w którym następuje wytworzenie produktu węglowodorowego. Addytyw mineralny charakteryzuje się tym, że frakcja o wielkości ziaren w zakresie od 0,1 do 1 mm stanowi co najmniej 80% wagowych addytywu. Ujawniono także sposób przetwarzania odpadowych tworzyw sztucznych, w którym stosuje się ten addytyw i urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu.The subject of the invention is mineral additive, especially for use in the process of continuous processing of waste plastics, consisting in melting the polymer charge formed from them in the form of chaff, granules or agglomerates, subjecting the obtained phase to the process of pyrolysis realized in the extruder and in turn in the reactor in which the production takes place hydrocarbon product. The mineral additive is characterized in that the fraction with a grain size in the range from 0.1 to 1 mm represents at least 80% by weight of the additive. Also disclosed is a waste plastics processing method in which this additive and device are used to implement this method.
