Abstract

Sposób wykonania ściennego panelu grzewczego polega na wykonaniu kolektora aluminiowego wielokanałowego, korzystnie z jednym kanałem przemiany fazowej, połączeniu go nierozłącznie z pionowymi elementami grzewczymi aluminiowymi, ułożeniu elementów grzewczych w rowki płyty do suchej zabudowy ścian korzystnie magnezowej i wypełnienie przestrzeni między rowkami a elementami grzewczymi elastyczną masą, po czym nakleja się na całą powierzchnię płyty laminat papier - folia aluminiowa. Ścienny panel grzewczy składa się z aluminiowego kolektora (1) z króćcami (2), wewnątrz kolektora znajdują się poziome równoległe kanały (3) przemiany fazowej i kanał (4) wodny, kanał (3) przemiany fazowej połączony jest nierozłącznie z pionowymi elementami (5) grzewczymi aluminiowymi, które włożone są do rowków płyty (6) suchej zabudowy ścian, wypełnione przestrzenie miedzy rowkami a elementami grzewczymi elastyczną masą (7) zaklejone są laminatem (8) papier - folia aluminiowa, natomiast kolektor (1) górną częścią przylega do dolnej powierzchni płyty (6).
