Abstract
Sposób recyklingu odpadów blistrów z polichlorku winylu i aluminium charakteryzuje się tym, że rozdrobnione odpady blistrów podawane są do ogrzewanego reaktora z podgrzanymi do temperatury 45 - 80°C węglowodorami aromatycznymi, następnie blistry przetrzymuje się w reaktorze przez okres od 30 do 60 min., po czym węglowodory aromatyczne zostają spuszczone z reaktora do zbiornika buforowego. Mieszaninę stałą, pozostającą w reaktorze, zalewa się wodą i powstaje emulsja wodno-węglowodorowa, a w reaktorze temperatura zostaje podniesiona od 80 do 100°C. Emulsję wodno-węglowodorową spuszcza się do odrębnego zbiornika, a w reaktorze obniża się temperaturę do 40 - 60°C i następnie zalewa się mieszaninę rozdzielonego PVC i aluminium roztworem alkoholu w celu, oczyszczenia aluminium i tworzywa PVC z resztek węglowodorów aromatycznych.
