Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy ma czesc chwytowa w ksztalcie tulejki, w której osadzone sa dwa identyczne elementy trójnikowe. Kazdy z elementów trójnikowych ma górny element w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego podstawa od strony tulejki posiada kolnierz obwodowy i zakonczona jest trzpieniem wielosciennym, usytuowanym w osi obrotu tego stozka, który od spodu ma odsadzenie o profilu dwuwypuklym zblizonym do soczewkowego, usytuowane prostopadle do tej osi, posiadajace na plaskiej dolnej powierzchni otwór kolowy. Tulejowa czesc chwytowa ma kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem elementów trójnikowych uchwytu meblowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy posiadajacy tulejowa czesc chwytowa, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w czesci chwytowej osadzone sa dwa identyczne elementy trójnikowe posiadajace górny element w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego podstawa od strony tulejki posiada kolnierz obwodowy i zakonczona jest trzpieniem wielosciennym, usytuowanym w osi obrotu tego stozka, który od spodu ma odsadzenie o profilu dwuwypuklym zblizonym do soczewkowego, usytuowane prostopadle do tej osi, posiadajace na plaskiej dolnej powierzchni otwór kolowy; - tulejowa czesc chwytowa ma kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem elementów trójnikowych uchwytu meblowego. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the colors of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in an unfolded state in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a view from below. The furniture handle has a gripping part in the shape of a sleeve, in which two identical T-shaped elements are embedded. Each T-piece has a truncated cone-shaped upper element, the base of which, on the sleeve side, has a circumferential flange and terminates in a polyhedral pin, positioned along the cone's axis of rotation. The pin has a biconvex, lens-like profile at the bottom, perpendicular to the axis, and a circular opening on the flat lower surface. The sleeve-shaped grip portion is colored contrastingly to the T-pieces of the furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design: A furniture handle with a sleeve-shaped gripping part, shown in Figures 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - the gripping part contains two identical T-shaped elements with an upper element in the shape of a truncated cone, the base of which, on the sleeve side, has a circumferential flange and ends with a polyhedral pin, located in the axis of rotation of this cone, which has a biconvex, lens-like profile offset at the bottom, located perpendicular to this axis, and has a circular hole on the flat bottom surface; - the sleeve-shaped gripping part has a color contrasting with the color of the T-shaped elements of the furniture handle.
