Jerzy Wójcik Katowice, Polska 3/^2 LSfil Sposób wyrobu dzwonów Patent trwa od dnia 6 lipca 1957 r.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wyrobu dzwonów przez odlewanie ze specjalnego zeliwa wysokojakosciowego. Dzwiek takich dzwonów nie ustepuje dzwonom wykonywanych ze stopu metali niezelaznych. Zeliwo wytwarza sie przy topieniu odpowiednio dobranych materialów wsadowych tak w zaleznosci od grubosci scianek dzwonu, aby struktura zeliwa po skrzepnieciu wykazywala grafit kulkowy w osnowie perlitycznej, zawiera¬ jacej znaczne ilosci cementytu.Dzwony odlewa sie z zeliwa specjalnego o na¬ stepujacym skladzie chemicznym 3,0—3,5°/o C, 0,7—l,5°/o Si, 0,2—0,6% Mn, 0,01—0,006°/o S, 0,08— 0,16°/o P oraz do 0, l°/o telluru lub boru, sodu, po¬ tasu, baru, strontu, litu, wapnia, ceru albo mag¬ nezu. Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wyrobu dzwonów, znamienny tym, ze odlewa sie je z zeliwa zawierajacego 3,0—3,5% C, 0,7—1,5% Si, 0,2—0,6% Mn, 0,01—0,006°/o S, 0,08— 0,16% P oraz 0,1% telluru, boru, sodu, potasu, ba¬ ru, strontu, litu, wapnia, ceru albo magnezu, jak równiez ewentualnie nieznaczny dodatek niklu, przy czym dzwony odlewa sie tak, aby posiadaly w strukturze grafit kulkowy w osnowie perlitycz¬ nej, zawierajacej znaczne ilosci cementytu.
