Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania co najmniej jednego produktu z co najmniej jednego reagenta gazowego obejmuje wprowadzenie reagenta gazowego, jako wsad gazowy (59) lub jako część wsadu gazowego (59), który posiada pozorną prędkość przepływu gazu wlotowego co najmniej 0,5 m/s, do zbiornika (12) zawierającego rozszerzone złoże zawiesinowe (70) cząstek stałych katalizatora zawieszonych w cieczy zawiesinowej tak, że reagent gazowy może barbotować do góry przez złoże zawiesinowe (70). Złoże zawiesinowe (70) posiada załadunek katalizatora mniejszy niż 14% objętościowych odgazowanej zawiesiny. Reagent gazowy jest zdolny do reagowania katalitycznego pod ciśnieniem powyżej ciśnienia atmosferycznego w trakcie barbotowania reagenta gazowego do góry przez złoże zawiesinowe celem wytworzenia co najmniej jednego produktu. Produkt oraz każdy nieprzereagowany reagent gazowy jest odprowadzany ze zbiornika (12).
