Abstract

Przewoźna modułowa instalacja procesowa, do eksploatowania oddalonych zasobów oleju ciężkiego lub temu podobnych, z wykorzystaniem technologii drenażu grawitacyjnego wspomaganego parą lub temu podobnej zawiera przewoźne, uprzednio zestawione i przygotowane do eksploatacji moduły, które po połączeniu ze sobą w sąsiedztwie wymienionych oddalonych zasobów oleju ciężkiego zapewniają zdolność eksploatowania wymienionych zasobów oleju ciężkiego lub temu podobnych, każdy moduł jest uprzednio zestawiony w całość i przygotowywany do eksploatacji w czasie wytwarzania z niezbędnym orurowaniem oraz okablowaniem elektrycznym, a także innym podstawowym sprzętem dla każdego modułu przed przetransportowaniem do sąsiedztwa wymienionych zasobów, przy czym każdy moduł, po przetransportowaniu w sąsiedztwo wymienionych zasobów, nadaje się do łatwego połączenia z innymi modułami instalacji procesowej, aby umożliwić skonstruowanie całej instalacji procesowej SAGD lub temu podobnej w sąsiedztwie wymienionych zasobów, przy czym gdy wymienione zasoby zostaną wyczerpane, wymieniona modułowa instalacja procesowa może zostać rozłożona i przetransportowana do innego oddalonego zasobu, a następnie ponownie zestawiona w całość koło wymienionego innego oddalonego zasobu, w ten sam sposób.A mobile modular process plant for the operation of remote heavy oil resources or the like using steam assisted gravity drainage technology or the like includes transportable, preassembled and ready for operation modules which, when connected to each other adjacent to said remote heavy oil resource, provide the capability to exploitation of the said resources of heavy oil or the like, each module is previously assembled and prepared for operation during production with the necessary piping and electrical wiring, as well as other basic equipment for each module before transporting to the vicinity of the said resources, each module once transported to the vicinity of the listed resources, it is easily connectable to other process plant modules to enable the construction of a complete SAGD process plant or the like in the vicinity once said resources are exhausted, said modular process installation may be disassembled and transported to another remote resource, and then reassembled around said other remote resource in the same manner.
