Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mechanizm zaciskowy, zaciskający się na rurze ze sprężystego materiału, wyposażony w opaskę zaciskaną na rurze. Wewnątrz rury (21), w miejscu, w którym zaciska się opaska (23), znajduje się sztywny element (22), którego średnica zasadniczo odpowiada wewnętrznej średnicy rury. Opaska (23) opasa rurę (21) na długości przynajmniej połowy jej obwodu i jest połączona ze środkami napinająco-zwalniającymi (25, 27, 29). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również układ blokujący wielorurowy manipulator, w którym na każdej z rur jest zamontowany mechanizm zaciskowy. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób operowania rekonfigurowalnym manipulatorem zawierającym rury zwijane z taśm, charakteryzujący się tym, że manipulator zaopatruje się w układ blokujący, który zwalnia się rekonfigurując manipulator, a zaciska w trakcie zwykłej pracy. The subject of the invention is a clamping mechanism clamping on a pipe of elastic material, equipped with a clamping band on the pipe. Inside the pipe (21), in the place where the band (23) is clamped, there is a rigid element (22) whose diameter essentially corresponds to the inner diameter of the pipe. The band (23) surrounds the pipe (21) over a length of at least half of its circumference and is connected to the tension and release means (25, 27, 29). The invention also relates to a multi-tubular manipulator locking system in which a clamping mechanism is mounted on each pipe. Furthermore, the subject of the invention is a method of operating a reconfigurable manipulator comprising coiled pipes with strips, characterized in that the manipulator is provided with a locking system which is released by reconfiguring the manipulator and clamps during normal operation.
