Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przepływowy detektor promieniowania jonizującego, zwłaszcza detektor cząstek alfa, posiadający kanał, przez który przepływa badany gaz lub ciecz oraz co najmniej jedną strukturę detekcyjną. W detektorze tym, przynajmniej część kanału (3), przez który przepływa badany gaz lub ciecz, znajduje się w tym samym elemencie półprzewodnikowym (1, 2) co struktura detekcyjna. Najkorzystniej jest jeżeli struktura detekcyjna znajduje się na zewnątrz kanału przepływowego, nad lub pod kanałem (3).
