Abstract
Ciertas modalidades de la divulgación se refieren a un adaptador de flujo de aceite bidireccional que se puede unir a un puerto controlado por válvula de un alojamiento de transformador en que está contenido aceite para enfriar partes del transformado tales como una bobina primaria y una bobina secundaria; el adaptador de flujo de aceite bidireccional no sólo permite que se saque una muestra de aceite del alojamiento de transformador mediante el puerto controlado por válvula, sino también permite que la muestra de aceite se use (junto con un volumen adicional de aceite, si así se desea) para limpiar el puerto controlado por válvula para asegurar que una muestra subsiguiente de aceite sea distinta que una muestra de aceite actual; el aceite puede proporcionarse a un analizador de gases disueltos para detectar y analizar uno o más gases que pueden estar presentes en la muestra de aceite, el uno o más gases siendo indicativos de un nivel de contaminación de la muestra de aceite.
