Abstract

Mechanizm zamka zawiera zabudowany w obudowie (2) liniowy siłownik elektromechaniczny (4), który poprzez dźwignię dwuramienną (6) podnosi hakowy rygiel (9) wystający z płytki czołowej (3) w położenie otwarcia. Dźwignia dwuramienna (6) ma kształt zbliżony do litery "L" obróconej wokół poziomego ramienia krótszego (8) o 180°, oraz łożyskowana jest obrotowo na sworzniu (7) w strefie naroża obu ramion (8, 10). Poziome ramię krótsze (8) zakończone jest hakowym ryglem (9), a pionowe ramię dłuższe (10) ma na końcu wypychacz (11) skierowany w stronę otworu w płytce czołowej (3). Dźwignia dwuramienna (6) obciążona jest sprężyną skrętną, zamocowaną jednym końcem do sworznia (7) a drugim zaczepiona jest o ramię dłuższe (10) po stronie wypychacza (11). Siłownik elektromechaniczny (4) skierowany jest tłoczyskiem (5) naciskając na ramię dłuższe (10) po stronie przeciwnej do wypychacza (11). The two-arm lever (6) is loaded with a torsion spring, attached with one end to the pin (7) and the other with the longer arm (10) on the ejector side (11). The electromechanical cylinder (4) is directed by the piston rod (5) by pressing on the longer arm (10) on the side opposite the ejector (11). Dimensions: arms length (8, 10) of the two-arm lever (6), bolt depth (9) and ejector length (11) are selected so that when the piston rod (5) of the electromechanical actuator (4) is extended, the ejector face (11) contacts the door (1) only after raising the bolt (9) to a height not less than its depth.
