Abstract

Żarówka z diodami LED charakteryzuje się tym, że kanały wlotowe i kanały wylotowe powietrza chłodzącego są szczelne i połączone ze sobą przez szczelną komorę przelotową powietrza chłodzącego usytuowaną między górnym końcem radiatora (6) o zaślepionej części wewnętrznej, górną płytką (3) i częściami bocznych płytek drukowanych (4) z diodami LED (5) wystającymi ponad górny koniec radiatora (6) połączonymi szczelnie z elementami wydłużającymi (2) naroża radiatora (6). Kanały usytuowane między częścią wewnętrzną radiatora (6) i płytkami z wypustkami kierującymi (9) powietrze chłodzące z kanałów wylotowych są zaślepione. Otwory wylotowe (13) powietrza chłodzącego umieszczone są bezpośrednio pod kryzą (8) oddzielającą część radiatora (6) z płytkami drukowanymi (4) z diodami LED (5) od części radiatora (6) z płytkami kierującymi (7) powietrze chłodzące do kanałów wlotowych, płytkami z wypustkami kierującymi (9) powietrze chłodzące z kanałów wylotowych do otworów wylotowych (13).
