Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest barek obrotowy z butelka z kranikiem wraz z kieliszkami, sluzacy jako pojemnik do alkoholu z którego mozna rozlewac trunek poprzez kran do kieliszków. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego formie, ksztalcie i funkcjonalnosci. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz fotografii. Zestaw rysunków i fotografii przedstawia: Fig. 1 - rysunek barku z kieliszkami i butelka z kranikiem w widoku perspektywicznym. Fig. 2 - rysunek elementu mocujacego dwie podstawy - w przekroju. Fig. 3 - rysunek elementu obrotowego - w rzucie poziomym. Fig. 4 - zdjecie barku wraz z butelka i kranikiem oraz kieliszkami w widoku perspektywicznym. Na górnej podstawce umieszczona jest butelka z kranikiem i korkiem.Butelka ma ksztalt walca z zaokraglona górna czescia i szyjka zakonczona wypuklym kolnierzem. W dolnej czesci butelki wprowadzony jest kranik , a w jej górnej czesci moze znajdowac sie stylizowany napis . Powyzej górnej podstawy, równolegle do niej umocowano pretowa obejme o zarysie okraglym, przy czym jej przód posiada lukowe wygiecie w dól w miejscu odpowiadajacemu pozycji kranika. Ponizej górnej podstawy umieszczono obrotowy element skladajacy sie z tulejki z przyspawanymi do niej pretami wgietymi na koncach w otwarty okrag stanowiacymi uchwyty na kieliszki. PL PL PLWITH A TAP AND GLASSES The industrial design registration right has been valid since July 22, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a rotating bar with a bottle and a tap, along with glasses, serving as an alcohol container from which the beverage can be poured through the tap into glasses. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its form, shape, and functionality. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs. The set of drawings and photographs shows: Fig. 1 - a perspective view of the bar with glasses and a bottle with a tap. Fig. 2 - a cross-sectional drawing of the element securing the two bases. Fig. 3 - a horizontal view of the rotating element. Fig. 4 - a perspective view of the bar with a bottle, tap, and glasses. The essential features of the industrial design: The rotating bar with a bottle, tap, and six glasses consists of a body, which is formed from two bases at the bottom: a lower base in the shape of a round, profiled plate with a centrally welded sleeve, and an upper base, also in the shape of a round plate with an arc-shaped rod welded to it. The bottle with the tap and cork is placed on the upper base. The bottle is cylindrical with a rounded top and a neck with a convex collar. The tap is inserted into the lower part of the bottle, and a stylized inscription may appear at the top. Above the upper base, a round rod clamp is attached parallel to it, with its front having a downward arc corresponding to the position of the tap. Below the upper base is a rotating element consisting of a sleeve with rods welded to it, bent at the ends into an open circle, which serve as glass holders. PL PL PL
