Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy mechanizmu układaka przewodów zasilających oraz zastawki przenośnika ścianowego urządzenia urabiającego do pokładów o małej miąższości, stosowanych zwłaszcza przy wybieraniu pokładów cienkich węgla kamiennego. Mechanizm układaka przewodów urządzenia urabiającego dla ścian niskich posiada dolną gałąź (6b) układaka przewodów ułożoną w górnym przedziale (8a) zastawek przenośnika ścianowego (2), prowadzoną po wkładkach prowadzących (27, 28) cięgna napędowego wózka napinającego (9) tego układaka przewodów, przy czym koło zwrotne cięgna napędowego zamocowane jest przesuwnie za pośrednictwem napinaka zlokalizowanego w górnym przedziale (8a) zastawek przenośnika ścianowego (2). Nitka czynna (11) i nitka powrotna (13) cięgna napędowego są prowadzone w układzie poziomym we wkładkach prowadzących (27, 28). Napinanie cięgna napędowego realizowane jest za pośrednictwem wózka napinającego (9) oraz napinaka. Zastawka posiada korzystnie wkład umieszczony w górnym przedziale (8a) zastawek, który wyposażony jest w odpowiednio wykonane i zainstalowane wkładki prowadzące (27, 28).The invention relates to the mechanism for laying power cables and the penstock of the longwall conveyor of a mining device for small-thickness seams, used especially when mining thin hard coal seams. The cable stacker mechanism of the mining device for low walls has a lower branch (6b) of the cable stacker placed in the upper compartment (8a) of the gates of the longwall conveyor (2), guided along the guide inserts (27, 28) of the driving rod of the tensioning trolley (9) of this cable stacker, wherein the return wheel of the drive cable is slidably mounted via a tensioner located in the upper compartment (8a) of the wall conveyor valves (2). The active thread (11) and the return thread (13) of the drive cable are guided horizontally in the guide inserts (27, 28). The tensioning of the drive cable is performed via the tensioning trolley (9) and the tensioner. The valve preferably has an insert located in the upper valve compartment (8a), which is equipped with appropriately made and installed guide inserts (27, 28).
