Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania elementów ze stopów metali nieżelaznych, korzystnie stopów aluminium, mający zastosowanie do wytwarzania elementów kształtowych, zwłaszcza prętów, w obróbce termicznej metali. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wsad poddaje się obróbce plastycznej z co najmniej 60%-towym odkształceniem, korzystnie poprzez wyciskanie ze stopniem przerobu przekraczającym wartość (2), w temperaturze poniżej zakresu występowania roztworu stałego, a otrzymany element poddaje się procesowi przesycania poprzez nagrzanie go do temperatury występowania roztworu stałego i przetrzymuje się w tej temperaturze przez okres 2-25 min, korzystnie 5 min, a następnie szybko schładza, korzystnie wodą do temperatury otoczenia, po czym poddaje się go procesowi starzenia.The subject of the invention is a method for producing components from non-ferrous metal alloys, preferably aluminum alloys, applicable to the production of shaped elements, in particular bars, in the heat treatment of metals. The method is characterized in that the batch undergoes plastic working with at least 60% deformation, preferably by extrusion with a degree of processing exceeding the value (2), at a temperature below the range of the solid solution, and the obtained element is subjected to supersaturation by heating it to the temperature of the solid solution and is kept at this temperature for a period of 2-25 min, preferably 5 min, and then quickly cooled, preferably with water to ambient temperature, after which it is subjected to aging.
