Способ изготовления исходной заготовки из алюминиевого сплава для горячей объемной штамповки детали, включающий гомогенизацию слитка, его последующее охлаждение и деформирование путем изменения площади его поперечного сечения и увеличения его длины с образованием продольной текстуры деформации, отличающийся тем, что гомогенизацию проводят при температуре (310÷440)°C в течение (1÷5) часов, последующее охлаждение проводят до температуры (110÷125)°C, а упомянутое деформирование проводят с нагревом до (270÷400)°C.A method of manufacturing an initial billet of aluminum alloy for hot forging of a part, including the homogenization of the ingot, its subsequent cooling and deformation by changing the cross-sectional area and increasing its length to form a longitudinal deformation texture, characterized in that the homogenization is carried out at a temperature of (310 ÷ 440 ) ° C for (1 ÷ 5) hours, subsequent cooling is carried out to a temperature of (110 ÷ 125) ° C, and the aforementioned deformation is carried out with heating to (270 ÷ 400) ° C.

Способ изготовления исходной заготовки из алюминиевого сплава для горячей объемной штамповки детали, включающий гомогенизацию слитка, его последующее охлаждение и деформирование путем изменения площади его поперечного сечения и увеличения его длины с образованием продольной текстуры деформации, отличающийся тем, что гомогенизацию проводят при температуре (310÷440)°C в течение (1÷5) часов, последующее охлаждение проводят до температуры (110÷125)°C, а упомянутое деформирование проводят с нагревом до (270÷400)°C.
