Magnetoelectric synchronous motor with asynchronous start and split stator winding consisting of machine shaft, permanent magnets, rotor package, starting cage bars, stator package, motor body, main winding coils and short-circuiting winding, characterized by the inside of the motor body ( 6) the machine stator package (5) is permanently mounted, while the stator slots (10) contain the main winding coils (7) and the working winding coils (8), the main winding coils (7) and the working winding (8), which they are connected in a three-phase main winding and a three-phase working winding, and inside the motor stator package (5) there is a rotor package (3) enabling its rotation around the axis of the machine shaft (1), and inside the rotor package (3) permanent magnets (2) and boot cage bars (4), with the boot cage bars (4) permanently connected to the short-circuit rings (9) in a device that guarantees the electrical connection of all the bars of the starting cage (4), while the rotor package (3) is permanently mounted on the machine shaft (1).
