Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa przypodlogowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac listwy przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jej ksztalcie. Listwa przypodlogowa przedstawiona jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy listwy, fig. 2 - inna odmiane listwy, a fig. 3 - listwe zamocowana na laczniku. Listwa przypodlogowa I charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada wpust 3 usytuowany pod ostrym katem P w stosunku do sciany a jego boki zawieraja wzdluzne ryfle wspólpracujace z wypustami pióra lacznika 2. Zarys zewnetrzny listwy stanowi linia skladajaca sie z fragmentów luków i prostych polaczonych zewnetrznym i wewnetrznym promieniem. Plaszczyzna listwy przylegajaca do sciany tworzy z nia kat a. Zasadniczy fragment zarysu zewnetrznego odmiany listwy stanowi linia prosta. W dolnej czesci, od strony sciany, listwa wyposazona jest w wzdluzny wystep 4 tworzacy z powloka listwy 1 wpust 5 w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconej litery V. Wpustem tym listwa osadzona jest na wystepie 6 lacznika 2, który wyposazony jest pólke 7 o swobodnym koncu zwróconym w strone sciany. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the board, particularly in its shape. The skirting board is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the board, Fig. 2 another variant of the board, and Fig. 3 a board mounted on a connector. Skirting board I is characterized by a groove 3 located at an acute angle P to the wall, and its sides contain longitudinal grooves that interact with the tongue protrusions of the connector 2. The external outline of the board is a line composed of arc and straight line fragments connected by an outer and inner radius. The surface of the strip adjacent to the wall forms an angle with it. The basic external outline of this strip variant is a straight line. In its lower part, on the wall side, the strip is equipped with a longitudinal projection 4, which forms a groove 5 with the strip coating 1 in the shape of an inverted V. This groove mounts the strip on the projection 6 of the connector 2, which is equipped with a shelf 7 with a free end facing the wall.
