Abstract

Sposób nakładania powłok cynkowych zwłaszcza o wysokich walorach ochronno-dekoracyjnych charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie powierzchnie cynkuje się metodą elektrolityczną w kąpielach alkaicznych w temperaturze w zakresie 25-35°C, w czasie 40-60 min, o wartości prądu w zakresie 0,5-2A/dm2, następnie płucze się w wodzie. Z kolei aktywuje roztworem kwasu azotowego w czasie 5-20s, kolejno cynkuje metodą elektrolityczną w kąpielach słabo kwaśnych w temperaturze 25-35°C w czasie 5-20 min, o wartości prądu 0,5-1,5A/dm2, następnie płucze się w wodzie oraz aktywuje w roztworze kwasu azotowego w czasie 5-50 s. Następnie pasywuje się w roztworach pozbawionych CrVI-, po czym powierzchnie lakieruje się, oraz suszy w temperaturze do 70°C. Sposób realizowany jest za pomocą linii technologicznej złożonej z bloku cynkowania alkalicznego, bloku płukania i aktywacji, bloku cynkowania słabo kwaśnego, bloku wykończenia, złożonego ze stanowisk: płukania, rozjaśniania i pasywacji oraz lakierowania i suszenia.The method of applying zinc coatings, especially those with high protective and decorative values, is characterized by the fact that in the first stage the surfaces are galvanized in alkaline baths at a temperature in the range of 25-35 ° C, during 40-60 min, with a current value in the range of 0 , 5-2A / dm2, then rinse in water. In turn, it activates with a nitric acid solution during 5-20s, followed by zinc electroplating in weakly acid baths at a temperature of 25-35 ° C for 5-20 min, with a current value of 0.5-1.5A / dm2, then rinsed in water and activates in a nitric acid solution for 5-50 s. Then it is passivated in solutions lacking CrVI-, then the surfaces are varnished and dried at a temperature of up to 70 ° C. The method is implemented by means of a technological line consisting of an alkaline galvanizing block, a rinsing and activation block, a weakly acid galvanizing block, a finishing block, consisting of rinsing, brightening and passivation as well as varnishing and drying.
