Przedmiotem wynalazku sa sole tebukonazolu majace zastosowanie jako zwiazki grzybobójcze oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Czwartorzedowe sole tebukonazolu sa to zwiazki o wzorze ogólnym 1, w których X oznacza anion chlorkowy, jodkowy lub bromkowy, a R oznacza prostolancuchowy podstawnik alkilowy zawierajacy od 1 do 20 atomów wegla, lub podstawnik benzylowy lub allilowy lub cykloheksylowy. Sposób ich wytwarzania polega na tym, ze tebukonazol poddaje sie reakcji z czynnikiem czwartorzedu o wzorze ogólnym R-X, w którym R oznacza prostolancuchowy podstawnik alkilowy zawierajacy od 1 do 20 atomów wegla, lub podstawnik benzylowy lub allilowy lub cykloheksylowy, a X oznacza atom chloru lub bromu lub jodu, przy stosunku molowym tebukonazolu do czynnika czwartorzedujacego wynoszacym od 1:1 do 1:3 w rozpuszczalniku organicznym I, w temperaturze od 273 do 363K, w czasie co najmniej 20 godzin, po czym odparowuje sie rozpuszczalnik, a mieszanine poreakcyjna przemywa sie rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym II w celu usuniecia nieprzereagowanych substratów, a nastepnie produkt suszy sie pod zmniejszonym cisnieniem w temperaturze od 313 do 363K, przez co najmniej 8 godzin.The present invention relates to tebuconazole salts having use as fungicidal compounds and to a method for their preparation. The quaternary salts of tebuconazole are compounds of the general formula 1 in which X is a chloride, iodide or bromide anion, and R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a benzyl or allyl or cyclohexyl substituent. The method of their preparation is that tebuconazole is reacted with a quaternary agent of the general formula RX, in which R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a benzyl or allyl or cyclohexyl substituent, and X is a chlorine or bromine atom or iodine, with a molar ratio of tebuconazole to quaternizing agent of 1: 1 to 1: 3 in organic solvent I, at a temperature of 273 to 363K, for at least 20 hours, after which the solvent is evaporated and the reaction mixture is washed with solvent organic II to remove unreacted substrates, and then the product is dried under reduced pressure at a temperature of 313 to 363K for at least 8 hours.
