Abstract
Elektrownia wiatrowa o pionowej osi obrotu, skladajaca sie z turbiny wiatrowej, z podstawy elektrowni oraz ze sprzezonego z turbina generatora pradu, gdzie turbina wiatrowa jest turbina wertykalna, skladajaca sie z wirnika wertykalnego, osadzonego na osi turbiny, oraz z pionowych przeslonowych kierownic wiatrowych, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wyposazona jest w dodatkowe kierownice wiatrowe, kierownice dolna (5) w ksztalcie parasola i kierownice górna (6) w ksztalcie odwróconego parasola, która jest przykryta zadaszeniem (7) w ksztalcie parasola. Podstawa elektrowni obejmuje rure zelbetonowa (1), posadowiona na podstawie zelbetonowej przykrytej nasypem (2).
