Abstract
A vertical shaft wind turbine or wind power generator comprises a main shaft or drive shaft (1), a wind rotor (4), and an electric generator. Movable connectors connected with the wind rotor or with a wind rotor connecting rod are mounted on the main shaft or drive shaft or wind rotor connecting rod (3) of the wind turbine or wind power generator. The movable connectors are flexible or resilient or movable connecting devices. By utilizing movable connectors, the problem that resonances easily occur in the main shaft of a vertical shaft wind power generator is solved, such that vertical shaft wind power generators can be developed on a large scale. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing a vertical shaft wind turbine or wind power generator.
