Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób uruchomienia fermentacji octowej w fermentorze produkcyjnym przy wykorzystaniu kultury starterowej hodowanej w fermentorze pilotowym, stanowiącej około 1-3% objętości roboczej fermentora produkcyjnego, w którym fermentor produkcyjny jest szczepiony w sposób ciągły bakteriami fermentacji octowej hodowanymi w fermentorze pilotowym.
