Description
Opublikowano dnia 16 kwietnia 1957 r.POLSKIEJ RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 39799 Instytut Morski*) Gdansk, Polska KI. 22 h, 3 Sposób wytwarzania emalii lworzqcej blony marszczone o duzym wzorze Patent trwa od dnia 28 grudnia 1954 r.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwa¬ rzania emalii tworzacej blony marszczone o duzym wzorze do pokrywania róznych przed¬ miotów w celach zdobniczych i ochronnych.Znane sa rózne sposoby wytwarzania emalii z oleju tungowego i zywic. Przyklad. PLPublished on April 16, 1957 OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC PATENT DESCRIPTION No. 39799 Maritime Institute *) Gdansk, Poland KI. 22 h, 3 The method of producing the enamel creating crinkled sheets with a large pattern The patent lasts from December 28, 1954 The subject of the invention is a method for the production of enamel forming wrinkled sheets with a large pattern for covering various objects for decorative and protective purposes. various methods of making enamel from tung oil and resins. However, according to them, it is difficult to obtain a suitable large-pattern crinkle-film enamel. It has been found that this effect is only achieved when the method according to the invention is strictly applied. The method according to the invention consists in melting phenolic resin, modified callus and esterified glycerin. or an alkali resin with crude tung oil in the ratio of about 13 parts by weight of resin to 11 parts by weight of tung oil, and the mass is heated to a temperature of 260-270 ° C. These temperatures are kept for 5-10 minutes, then the mass is cooled to temperature of about 180 ° C and added to it linseed oil and mangasicatives *) The owner of the patent stated that the inventor is Janusz Oltuszewski. lead-cobalt, cobalt or manganese driers after a partial cooling. The resulting binder is dissolved in benzene or other paint solvent and then rubbed with any pigment. 11.5 kg of rosin-modified phenolic resin and estified glycerin or alkyd resin are melted with 10 kg of crude tuna oil. After the resin is completely dissolved, the mass is heated to a temperature of 260-270 ° and kept there for about 5-10 minutes. Then the mass is cooled to a temperature of about 180 ° C and 2 kg of raw or concentrated linseed oil and 1 kg of manganese-lead siccative (0.75% Mn and 2.16% Pb) are added to it, and after partial cooling, 1.2 more kg of a lead-cobalt drier (1.26% Pb and 1.12% Co). The obtained binder is dissolved in 15 kg of solvent - kerosene or in an appropriate amount of another paint solvent, eg xylene, white spirit or benzene, and rubbed with any pigment. PL
