Abstract

Sposób polega na gromadzeniu w kondensatorze próbkujacym (Cn) ladunku elektrycznego dostarczanego za pomoca wejscia ladunku (InQ), a nastepnie realizowaniu w zespole redystrybucji (A) procesu redystrybucji tego ladunku, przez zmiany stanów sygnalów z wyjsc sterujacych oraz przypisaniu za pomoca modulu sterujacego (CM), odpowiednich wartosci bitom slowa cyfrowego. Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze po wykryciu poczatku nastepnego sygnalu bramkujacego ladunek gromadzi sie w dodatkowym kondensatorze próbkujacym (CnA), a nastepnie realizuje sie proces redystrybucji tego ladunku oraz przypisuje sie odpowiednie wartosci bitom slowa cyfrowego. W chwili wykrycia poczatku kolejnego sygnalu bramkujacego rozpoczyna sie kolejny cykl, a ladunek gromadzi sie ponownie w kondensatorze próbkujacym (Cn).
