Abstract

Sposób charakteryzuje sie tym, ze po wykryciu poczatku nastepnego sygnalu bramkujacego ladunek gromadzi sie w dodatkowym kondensatorze próbkujacym (CnA), a nastepnie realizuje sie proces redystrybucji tego ladunku oraz przypisuje sie odpowiednie wartosci bitom slowa cyfrowego. W chwili wykrycia poczatku kolejnego sygnalu bramkujacego rozpoczyna sie kolejny cykl, a ladunek gromadzi sie ponownie w kondensatorze próbkujacym (Cn).The method consists in collecting in the sampling capacitor (Cn) the electric charge supplied by means of the charge input (InQ), and then carrying out in the redistribution unit (A) the process of redistribution of this charge, by changing the state of signals from control outputs and assigning by means of the control module (CM ), corresponding values to the bits of the digital word. The method is characterized by the fact that after detecting the beginning of the next gating signal, the charge accumulates in the additional sampling capacitor (CnA), and then the process of redistribution of this charge is carried out and the appropriate values are assigned to the bits of the digital word. When the beginning of the next gating signal is detected, the next cycle begins and the charge accumulates again in the sampling capacitor (Cn).
