Abstract
Sposób separacji zwlaszcza odpadów wykorzystujacy pomiar laserowy, polega na tym, ze w pierwszej strefie - strefie pomiarowej mierzy sie wysokosc badanego obiektu-odpadu, poprzez co najmniej jeden pomiar wysokosci odpadu za pomoca system pomiaru wysokosci nr 1 umieszczonego korzystnie na poczatku tasmociagu glównego (32), która to wysokosc korzystnie odczytywana jest przez pierwszy dalmierz laserowy (5) jako wartosc odleglosci plytki pomiarowej (9) od pierwszego dalmierza laserowego (5); a nastepnie mierzy sie wysokosc badanego obiektu-odpadu, poprzez co najmniej jeden pomiar wysokosci odpadu za pomoca system pomiaru wysokosci nr 2 umieszczonego korzystnie na srodku tasmociagu glównego (32), która to wysokosc korzystnie odczytywana jest przez drugi dalmierz laserowy (10) jako wartosc odleglosci plytki pomiarowej (14) od drugiego dalmierza laserowego (10), przy czym pomiar wykonuje sie w trakcie przemieszczania obiektu przez strefe druga - strefe zgniotu, gdzie odpad zgniata sie korzystnie mechanicznie za pomoca tasmociagu drugiego (33) dociskanego przez silownik (24), a tak otrzymane dane pomiarowe, to jest dane wysokosci obiektu w strefie pomiarowej oraz wysokosci obiektu w strefie zgniotu, przekazuje sie do jednostki sterujacej (23), w której porównuje sie uzyskane wysokosci obiektu w kazdej ze stref i nastepnie klasyfikuje badany obiekt do wybranej klasy twardosci, przy czym jezeli wartosc pomiaru wysokosci w strefie pomiarowej jest wieksza od wartosci pomiaru wysokosci w strefie zgniotu to obiekt klasyfikuje sie jako "miekki", w przeciwnym wypadku obiekt klasyfikuje sie jako "twardy", a nastepnie jednostka sterujaca (23), po zakwalifikowaniu twardosci obiektu, separuje obiekt-odpad przekazujac go korzystnie na zewnetrzny tasmociag odpadów miekkich lub tasmociag odpadów twardych oraz sygnalizuje na wbudowanym ekranie czy odpad jest miekki czy twardy. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest równiez separator.The method of separating especially waste using laser measurement is based on the fact that in the first zone - measuring zone, the height of the tested waste is measured by at least one measurement of the waste height using a height measurement system No. 1 located preferably at the beginning of the main belt (32) , which height is preferably read by the first laser rangefinder (5) as the value of the distance between the measuring plate (9) and the first laser rangefinder (5); and then the height of the tested waste-object is measured by at least one measurement of the waste height using a height measurement system No. 2 located preferably in the center of the main band (32), which height is preferably read by the second laser rangefinder (10) as the distance value measuring plate (14) from the second laser rangefinder (10), whereby the measurement is made during the movement of the object through the second zone - the crumple zone, where the waste is compressed preferably mechanically by means of the second belt (33) pressed by the motor (24), and the measurement data obtained in this way, i.e. the height of the object in the measuring zone and the height of the object in the crumple zone, are transferred to the control unit (23), which compares the obtained object heights in each zone and then classifies the tested object to the selected hardness class, however, if the height measurement value in the measurement zone is greater than the measurement value in height in the crumple zone, the object is classified as "soft", otherwise the object is classified as "hard", and then the control unit (23), after qualifying the hardness of the object, separates the waste-object by transferring it preferably to the external soft waste belt or hard waste conveyor and indicates on the built-in screen whether the waste is soft or hard. The subject of the invention is also a separator.
