Abstract
Wynalazek ujawnia sposób modyfikowania powierzchni glinek smektycznych, stosowanych jako napelniacze polimerowe. Do wodnego roztworu amidu kwasu tereftalowego w alkoholu alifatycznym, wprowadza sie glinke smektyczna i miesza az do uzyskania jednorodnej zawiesiny w temperaturze ponizej 76°C, a nastepnie oddziela w znany sposób. Stosunek amidu kwasu tereftalowego do glinki smektycznej wynosi 6:10, natomiast stosunek molowy kwasu solnego do amidu kwasu tereftalowego wynosi 4:1.The invention discloses a method of modifying the surface of smectic clays used as polymer fillers. Smectic clay is introduced into the aqueous solution of terephthalic acid amide in an aliphatic alcohol and mixed until a homogeneous suspension is obtained at a temperature below 76 ° C and then separated in a known manner. The ratio of terephthalic acid amide to smectic clay is 6:10, while the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to terephthalic acid amide is 4: 1.
