Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania modyfikowanej zywicy rezolowej w procesie polikondensacji fenolu z formaldehydem realizowanym w obecnosci katalizatorów zasadowych a nastepnie reakcje z mocznikiem, rozcienczenie otrzymanej zywicy alkoholami C1÷C4 lub ich mieszanina polega na tym, ze w pierwszym etapie prowadzi sie kondensacje fenolu i benzylofenolu z formaldehydem w obecnosci wodorotlenków metali alkalicznych i/lub amoniaku przy stosunku molowym fenol : formaldehyd : katalizator wynoszacym 1 : 1,4÷1,8 : 0,005÷0,15, przy czym ilosc benzylofenolu wynosi 0,1 ÷ 7 czesci wagowych na 100 czesci wagowe fenolu, w temperaturze 55÷100°C, w czasie pozwalajacym na uzyskanie czasu zelowania 100÷350 s, po czym w drugim etapie prowadzi sie reakcje z mocznikiem przy stosunku molowym 0,001÷0,3 mola mocznika/1 mol fenolu a nastepnie zywice rozciencza sie glikolami o wzorze HO(CH2CH2)nOH, gdzie n = 1÷2 i/lub alkoholami C1÷C4 lub ich mieszaninami.The method of producing modified resole resin in the process of polycondensation of phenol with formaldehyde carried out in the presence of basic catalysts followed by reactions with urea, dilution of the resulting resin with C1 to C4 alcohols or a mixture thereof consists in the first stage of condensation of phenol and benzylphenol with formaldehyde in the presence of alkali metal hydroxides and / or ammonia at a phenol: formaldehyde: catalyst ratio of 1: 1.4 ÷ 1.8: 0.005 ÷ 0.15, the amount of benzylphenol being 0.1 ÷ 7 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of phenol, at a temperature of 55 ÷ 100 ° C, in a time allowing to obtain a gel time of 100 ÷ 350 s, then in the second stage reactions with urea are carried out at a molar ratio of 0.001 ÷ 0.3 mole urea / 1 mole phenol and then the resin is diluted with glycols of the formula HO (CH2CH2) nOH, where n = 1 ÷ 2 and / or C1 ÷ C4 alcohols or mixtures thereof.
