Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania żywicy fenolowej w wieloetapowym procesie kondensacji polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie fenol miesza się z wodorotlenkiem baru przy stosunku molowym 1 : 0,02 - 0,03, w temperaturze 50-100°C. W drugim etapie prowadzi się kondensację tej mieszaniny z formaldehydem przy stosunku molowym fenol : formaldehyd w granicach 1 : 1,3 - 1,5, w temperaturze 60 - 70°C w czasie 30 - 120 minut oraz w temperaturze 70 - 80°C, przez minimum 90 minut. W trzecim etapie otrzymaną mieszaninę poreakcyjną neutralizuje się kwasem siarkowym, w temperaturze poniżej 50°C, do pH w granicach 6,8 - 7,2, uzyskaną żywicę zatęża się do zawartości wody w granicach 5 - 10% wagowych i modyfikuje się związkami aminowymi obejmującymi: mocznik i/lub monoetanoloaminę w ilości 0,1 - 5% masy żywicy oraz środkiem sprzęgającym - aminopropylotrietoksysilanem w ilości 0,1 - 0,6% masy żywicy.The method of obtaining phenolic resin in a multi-stage condensation process is that in the first stage, phenol is mixed with barium hydroxide at a molar ratio of 1: 0.02-0.03 at 50-100 ° C. In the third stage, the obtained reaction mixture is neutralized with sulfuric acid, at a temperature below 50 ° C, to a pH in the range of 6.8 - 7.2, the obtained resin is concentrated to a water content in the range of 5 - 10% by weight and modified with amine compounds : urea and / or monoethanolamine in an amount of 0.1 - 5% by weight of the resin and a coupling agent - aminopropyltriethoxysilane in an amount of 0.1 - 0.6% of the weight of the resin.
