Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe pochodne chinoliny zawierające układ tiosemikarbazonu w sąsiedztwie grupy hydroksylowej, mające strukturę chemiczną określoną wzorem ogólnym 1, gdzie: R oznacza grupę metylową lub korzystnie atom wodoru, R1 oznacza atom wodoru lub korzystnie grupę hydroksylową, R2 i R3 oznaczają identyczne lub różne podstawniki wybrane spośród: atom wodoru, grupa alkilowa zawierająca od jednego do czterech atomów węgla, pierścień benzenowy lub grupa benzylowa. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również zastosowanie omawianych związków jako substancji czynnych antyrakowych.The subject of the invention are new quinoline derivatives containing a thiosemicarbazone system in the vicinity of a hydroxyl group, having a chemical structure defined by the general formula 1, where: R is a methyl group or preferably a hydrogen atom, R1 is a hydrogen atom or preferably a hydroxyl group, R2 and R3 are identical or different substituents selected from: a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group containing from one to four carbon atoms, a benzene ring or a benzyl group. The subject of the invention is also the use of the compounds in question as anti-cancer active substances.
