Przedmiotem wynalazku jest preparat o właściwościach immunoregulatorowych zawierający mieszaninę białek, o masach cząsteczkowych od 5,5 do 34 kDa, wyizolowanych z frakcji plazmatycznej żółtka jaja, zwłaszcza kurzego, będących mocnym induktorem wydzielania cytokin IL-1ß i IL-6. Wynalazek może znaleźć zastosowanie w przemyśle spożywczym i farmaceutycznym, jako składnik nutraceutyków i produktów farmakologicznych.
