The drainage system of pipes supplying the rinsing medium to the filter bed is characterized by the fact that the branched pipe network has point and evenly spaced outlet ports (10) from the bottom of the filter, and the space between the outlet ports (10) and the external inflow port (12) the rinsing medium together with the branched pipe network is filled with a tight mass (13) which is also the bottom of the filter, preferably a reinforced concrete structural bottom.
