Abstract
Sposób formowania szczelin rusztu dennego wąskoszczelinowego filtrów złożowych polega na tym, że szczeliny (3) tworzy się przy udziale ścian bocznych profili tak, że górne ściany poziome sąsiednich profili przesuwa się względem siebie w płaszczyźnie pionowej o co najmniej połowę średnicy ziarna (5) złoża, a szerokość utworzonych szczelin (3) jest mniejsza lub równa średnicy ziarna (5), korzystnie połowie średnicy ziarna (5). Ruszt wąskoszczelinowy dna filtra złożowego zbudowany z profili i mający szczeliny, charakteryzuje się tym, że profile (1 ) są tak usytuowane w ruszcie, że przesunięte są względem siebie w płaszczyźnie poziomej i pionowej, a utworzone szczeliny (3) są tak usytuowane pomiędzy profilami (1), że ziarna (5) złoża nie zasłaniają bezpośrednio szczelin (3). The drainage system of pipes supplying the rinsing medium to the filter bed is characterized by the fact that the branched pipe network has point and evenly spaced outlet ports (10) from the bottom of the filter, and the space between the outlet ports (10) and the external inflow port (12) the rinsing medium together with the branched pipe network is filled with a tight mass (13) which is also the bottom of the filter, preferably a reinforced concrete structural bottom.
