Abstract
Polimer siarkowy otrzymywany poprzez modyfikację rozpuszczalnikową siarki odpadowej jest produktem rozpadu siarki odpadowej na fragmenty łańcuchowe, które ulegają kopolimeryzacji z modyfikatorem, aldehydem nienasyconym 2-etylo-3propyloakroleiną, do związków wielocząsteczkowych w ciekłym rozpuszczalniku 2-etyloheksanolu, w temperaturze 120-135°C z prędkością obrotową mieszadła około 30 obr/min w czasie 10-15 minut. Otrzymany polimer siarkowy jest bardzo dobrej jakości. Produkcja przebiega cyklicznie w mieszalniku, w którym skład mieszaniny jest następujący: 45-55% wagowych rozpuszczalnika-2-etyloheksanolu, 10-15% wagowych modyfikatora-2-etylo-3-propyloakroleiny, 35-40% wagowych siarki odpadowej, gdzie wytworzony polimer siarkowy wytrąca się z roztworu i dekantuje na dnie mieszalnika, a stamtąd odbierany jest do aparatu wyparnego, gdzie po oczyszczeniu "żywą" parą służy do produkcji betonu siarkowego lub granulowanego lepiszcza drogowego.The sulfur polymer obtained by solvent modification of waste sulfur is a product of the decomposition of waste sulfur into chain fragments, which are copolymerized with the modifier, aldehyde unsaturated with 2-ethyl-3-propyl acrolein, to multimolecular compounds in the liquid solvent 2-ethylhexanol, at a temperature of 120-135°C at a speed of rotating the stirrer at about 30 rpm for 10-15 minutes. The obtained sulfur polymer is of very good quality. The production takes place cyclically in a mixer in which the composition of the mixture is as follows: 45-55% by weight of the solvent-2-ethylhexanol, 10-15% by weight of the modifier-2-ethyl-3-propylacrolein, 35-40% by weight of waste sulfur, where the produced polymer sulfur precipitates from the solution and is decanted at the bottom of the mixer, and from there it is taken to the evaporator, where after cleaning with "live" steam it is used for the production of sulfur concrete or granulated road binder.
