Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy odpylacza suchego do stosowania w podziemnym górnictwie i budownictwie oraz w innych zakładach, zagrożonych wybuchem gazu, z filtrem pyłowym (2), którego kieszenie filtrowe (3, 4) są wyposażone w antyelektrostatyczny materiał filtracyjny (5), i z wentylatorem (10), którego kadłub i/lub wlot (12) i wylot mają elementy tłumiące (14, 15), które są ukształtowane w sposób umożliwiający odprowadzanie ładunków elektrostatycznych. Ładunki elektrostatyczne, powstające podczas pracy odpylacza suchego, są szybko odprowadzane i usuwane dzięki temu, że ładunki te, pojawiające się w całej obudowie, są przenoszone krótką drogą na blachę filtra pyłowego (2) i wentylatora (10), tak że stają się nieszkodliwe. W tym celu przewidziano, że zarówno kieszenie filtrowe (3, 4) filtra pyłowego (2), jak też elementy tłumiące (14, 15), umieszczone na wewnętrznej stronie kadłuba wentylatora, są zaopatrzone w element odprowadzający. Elementy tłumiące (14, 15) i kieszenie filtrowe są wykonane z materiału nieprzewodzącego, gdzie element odprowadzający unieszkodliwia w każdym przypadku stwarzające problemy ładunki elektrostatyczne niezależnie od stanu kieszeni filtrowych (3, 4) i elementów tłumiących (14, 15). Odpylacz suchy może pracować także w zakładach, w których występuje zagrożenie gazowe.
