Abstract

Układ koła łańcuchowego (1) oraz łańcucha ogniwowego (2) napędzany jest tymże kołem łańcuchowym (1) z usytuowanymi na przemian ogniwami łańcuchowymi, pionowymi i poziomymi (7, 9, 9'), przy czym ogniwa łańcuchowe pionowe (7) wykonane są jako ogniwa łańcuchowe płaskie, ponadto łańcuch (2) zawiera większy wymiar normowy odnośnie swej wytrzymałości niż wykonany jako normowy łańcuch ogniwowy z ogniw okrągłych przewidziany dla koła łańcuchowego (1). Łańcuch ogniwowy (2) zawiera pionowe ogniwa (7) i poziome ogniwa łańcuchowe (9, 9') o podziałce (13, 14), równej albo prawie równej, przy czym ogniwa łańcuchowe (7, 9, 9') w obszarze swych łuków (11, 15) zawierają eliptyczną powierzchnię przekroju poprzecznego, której oś wzdłużna (12) skierowana jest w kierunku wzdłużnym ogniwa łańcuchowego (7, 9, 9'). Podziałka (13, 14) ogniw łańcuchowych (7, 9, 9') oraz długość osi wzdłużnej (12) powierzchni przekroju poprzecznego łuków (11, 15) są tak wzajemnie dobrane, że odstęp stron zewnętrznych łuków (11) dwóch ogniw poziomych (9, 9'), przedzielonych ogniwem łańcuchowym pionowym (7), odpowiada wymiarowi nominalnej szerokości zęba (3) koła łańcuchowego (1).
