Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania złóż do chromatografii powinowactwa ze związanymi w niekowalencyjny i trwały sposób cząsteczkami lipopolisacharydu bakteryjnego. Uzyskane według wynalazku złoże może być wykorzystane w chromatografii powinowactwa do oczyszczania przeciwciał przeciwko lipopolisacharydom. Szczególnie przydatne jest do oczyszczania przeciwciał skierowanych przeciwko labilnym epitopom lipopolisacharydów, które ulegały degradacji w dotąd używanych warunkach kowalencyjnego wiązania cząsteczek lipopolisacharydu do fazy stałej.
