Abstract

Sposób i instalacja (1) do wprowadzania płynu do stopionej masy pod ciśnieniem, służące w szczególności, lecz nie wyłącznie, do formowania warstwy powlekającej (5, 6, 7) na elemencie kabla zawierającego co najmniej jeden przewodnik (4), przy czym warstwa (5, 6, 7) zawiera wytłaczany polimer termoplastyczny, który tworzy fazę ciągłą obejmującą płyn dielektryczny. Sposób i instalacja według wynalazku przydatne są także na przykład w przypadku produkcji kabla elektrycznego (3) do transportu i/lub dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. Sposób obejmuje etapy doprowadzenia płynu do określonego ciśnienia, które jest większe, niż ciśnienie stopionej masy; podawanie płynu do wielu zbiorników magazynowych (12); wtryskiwanie płynu do stopionej masy pod ciśnieniem równym wymienionemu określonemu ciśnieniu za pomocą wielu wtryskiwaczy (13), które są połączone z odpowiednimi zbiornikami magazynowymi (12). Umożliwia to zasadniczo ciągłość dostarczania płynu w sposób technologicznie prosty i tani, przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu możliwie najbardziej równomiernej dyspersji płynu w stopionej masie.
