Abstract

W sposobie wytwarzania pustych kształtek (B), w szczególności butelek z tworzywa sztucznego, odcinek rękawa foliowego (T) wychodzący w zadanym takcie z głowicy wytłaczarkowej (4) wprowadza się do wnęki (7) formy rozdmuchowej (6), w której rękaw foliowy (T) jest rozdmuchiwany do kształtu tej wnęki (7) pod nadciśnieniem doprowadzanym przez trzpień nadmuchowy (11). Gotową kształtkę (B) następnie usuwa się z formy. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem rękaw foliowy (T) podczas całego cyklu wytłaczania i rozdmuchiwania stale przytrzymuje się na przeciwległych stronach układu formy rozdmuchowej. Opisano również urządzenie do realizacji sposobu według wynalazku.
