Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac kominka, skladajacego sie z wielu czesci, które latwo daja sie laczyc w jedna calosc. Uksztaltowanie poszczególnych czesci kominka umozliwia ich wytwarzanie w produkcji mas,owej. Wzór przemyslowy pelni role funkcjonalna i ozdobna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w dwóch odmianach wykonania, przedstawiony jest na ilustracjach w postaci rysunku, który na fig. 1 pokazuje pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego w postaci kominka prostokatnego, a na fig 2 - druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego w postaci kominka naroznego.Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego obu odmian , pokazanych na fig. 1 i 2 jest to, ze kominek sklada sie z podstawy, dwóch scian bocznych, czolowej obudowy, plyty górnej oraz korpusu, stanowiacego metalowy wklad z ozdobna, barierka w którym usytuowane sa ozdobne elementy ceramiczne imitujace drewno, miedzy którymi znajduja sie umieszczone pojemniki na paliwo plynne. Istotna cecha podstawy jest to, ze jest w ksztalcie plaskiego, prostopadloscianu, który z przodu z obu stron ma uformowane dwa prostokatne wypusty schodkowe, z których zewnetrzne sa znacznie wieksze od wewnetrznych. Dalsza istotna cecha podstawy jest to, ze jej obrzeze jest wystajace w stosunku dwóch scian bocznych oraz czolowej obudowy. Istotna cecha dwóch scian bocznych jest to, ze sa prostokatne i w stosunku do podstawy usytuowane pod k^tem prostym. Istotna cecha czolowej obudowy jest to, ze jest prostokatna a sklada sie z prostokatnych boków, prostokatnej plyty dolnej i prostokatnej plyty górnej, a na srodku ma prostokatny otwór. Dalsza istotna cecha czolowej obudowy jest to, ze na jej prostokatnych bokach sa wykonane ozdobne, biegnace pionowo wyzlobienia, a nad nimi ozdobne, wystajace kwadraty. Istotna cecha korpusu jest to, ze jest prostopadloscianem otwartym i miesci sie w srodku obudowy kominka oraz jest widoczny w otworze czolowej obudowy, a wykonany jest z blachy.Istotna cecha ozdobnej barierki jest to, ze jej górna pozioma czesc usytuowana jest na dwóch slupkach, które umieszczone sa na prostokatnej plycie dolnej, czolowej obudowy. Istotna cecha plyty górnej jest to, ze jest prostokatna z obrzezem sprawiajacym wrazenie schodkowe. Dalsza istotna cecha plyty górnej jest to, ze ich obrzeze jest wystajace w stosunku do dwóch scian bocznych oraz czolowej obudowy. Istotna cecha elementów imitujacych drewno jest to, ze sa ustawione w stos i wykonane sa z ceramiki. Dalsza istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze obudowa kominka wykonana jest z drewna lub materialu drewnopodobnego. Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanego na fig. 2 jest to, poza opisanymi uprzednio cechami, ze plyta górna i podstawa kominka ma postac zlaczonych ze soba figur, prostokata i trójkata. The industrial design is a fireplace intended for installation in a home. The industrial design is an original fireplace, composed of multiple parts that can be easily assembled into a single unit. The shape of the individual parts of the fireplace allows for their mass production. The industrial design serves both a functional and decorative purpose. The industrial design, in two variants, is presented in the illustrations in the form of a drawing. Figure 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design in the form of a rectangular fireplace, and Figure 2 shows the second variant of the industrial design in the form of a corner fireplace. The essential features of the industrial design of both variants, shown in Figures 1 and 2, are that the fireplace consists of a base, two side walls, a front casing, a top plate, and a body, which is a metal insert with a decorative railing containing decorative ceramic elements imitating wood, between which liquid fuel containers are placed. A significant feature of the base is that it is in the shape of a flat, cuboid, with two rectangular stepped projections formed on both front and rear sides, the outer ones being significantly larger than the inner ones. Another significant feature of the base is that its rim protrudes relative to the two side walls and the front casing. A significant feature of the two side walls is that they are rectangular and at right angles to the base. A significant feature of the front casing is that it is rectangular and consists of rectangular sides, a rectangular bottom plate, and a rectangular top plate, and has a rectangular opening in the center. Another significant feature of the front casing is that its rectangular sides are decorated with vertically running decorative grooves, and above them are decorative, protruding squares. A significant feature of the body is that it is an open cuboid, located inside the fireplace casing and visible through the opening in the front casing. It is made of sheet metal. A significant feature of the decorative barrier is that its upper horizontal section rests on two posts, which are placed on the rectangular lower panel of the front casing. A significant feature of the top panel is that it is rectangular with a stepped edge. Another significant feature of the top panel is that its edge protrudes relative to the two side walls and the front casing. A significant feature of the wood-effect elements is that they are stacked and made of ceramic. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the fireplace casing is made of wood or a wood-like material. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 are, in addition to the features described previously, that the top plate and the base of the fireplace are in the form of interconnected figures, a rectangle and a triangle.
