Obecnie nie mozna go otrzymac z importu, a sposób produkcji w skali przemyslowej nie jest dotychczas znany.Sposób otrzymywania tytanu metalicznego we¬ dlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze* uzywa sie jako materialów wyjsciowych rutylu Ti02 roz¬ drobnionego z dodatkiem BaOa, KCIOs, CaF2 i sproszkowanego aluminium metalicznego.Dobrze zmieszane materialy wyjsciowe zapala sie mieszanina Ba02 i sproszkowanym alumi¬ nium. Po silnej reakcji egzotermicznej pozosta¬ wia sie przereagowana mase az do ochlodzenia.Nastepnie po rozdrobnieniu jej recznie wybiera sie tytan metaliczny.Przykladowo mozna do rutylu o zawartosci 95—97% T1O2 dodac mieszaniny technicznie czy¬ stej, skladajacej sie z 50 cz. Ba02 20 cz. KCIOs, *) Wlasciciel jpatentu jgggrtadczyl, ze twórcami wy¬ nalazku sa iiiz./Józ^ kózieJski, iriz. Feli^ Olszak, inz. Alojzy Faftriiik'!1 ' inzj&y&apd Francki. 5 cz. CaO, 1 cz. CaF2 i 55 cz. sproszkowanego aluminium. Uzyskana mieszanine umieszcza sie w tyglu magnezytowym i zapala. Otrzymuje sie metaliczny Ti z wydajnoscia rzedu 50%. The method of obtaining metallic titanium according to the invention consists in the fact that the starting materials are TiO2 rutile, finely divided with the addition of BaOa, KCIOs, CaF2. and powdered aluminum metal. The well-mixed starting materials ignite a mixture of BaO2 and powdered aluminum. After a strong exothermic reaction, the reacted mass is left until it cools down. Then, after crushing it, metallic titanium is selected manually. For example, it is possible to add a technically pure mixture consisting of 50 parts to rutile containing 95-97% T1O2. Ba02 20 pcs.
