Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a manhole element, particularly a manhole ring (4), from concrete or reinforced concrete, comprising an upper edge (4c) and a lower edge (4b), whereby the upper and lower edges (4c; 4b) are designed for centrally engaging inside the edges (4b; 4c) of adjacent manhole rings (4). One edge (4c) has spacing areas (4d), which are distributed along the periphery and which, in the direction of the longitudinal axis (4a), jut out or are set back with regard to the remaining adjacent surrounding edge area. The lower edge (4b) of a fixed lower sleeve (3) and the upper edge (4c) of a lowerable upper sleeve (1d; 1e) of a manhole ring finisher (1), said upper sleeve being able to swivel in an alternating manner about the axis of symmetry of the manhole element, are formed by compacting the concrete located inside a manhole ring mold. The spacing areas (4d) are provided on the upper edge (4c) formed by the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), and the upper sleeve (1d; 1e) is subdivided into two different areas (1e and 1d), the first (1e) of which being designed so that it cannot swivel with regard to the upper edge (4c) and being provided for forming the spacing areas (4d). The second area (1d), together with the first area (1e), is arranged so that it can be lowered and can swivel in an alternating manner with regard to the first area. The upper edge (4c) is formed by the separately constructed upper sleeve (1d; 1e) in such a manner that the spacing areas (4d) are formed by the non-swiveling first area (1e) of the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), and the remaining upper edge (4e) is formed by the second area (1d) of the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), said second area being able to swivel in an alternating manner.
