Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a manhole element, particularly a manhole ring (4), from concrete or reinforced concrete, comprising an upper edge (4c) and a lower edge (4b), whereby the upper and lower edges (4c; 4b) are designed for centrally engaging inside the edges (4b; 4c) of adjacent manhole rings (4). One edge (4c) has spacing areas (4d), which are distributed along the periphery and which, in the direction of the longitudinal axis (4a), jut out or are set back with regard to the remaining adjacent surrounding edge area. The lower edge (4b) of a fixed lower sleeve (3) and the upper edge (4c) of a lowerable upper sleeve (1d; 1e) of a manhole ring finisher (1), said upper sleeve being able to swivel in an alternating manner about the axis of symmetry of the manhole element, are formed by compacting the concrete located inside a manhole ring mold. The spacing areas (4d) are provided on the upper edge (4c) formed by the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), and the upper sleeve (1d; 1e) is subdivided into two different areas (1e and 1d), the first (1e) of which being designed so that it cannot swivel with regard to the upper edge (4c) and being provided for forming the spacing areas (4d). The second area (1d), together with the first area (1e), is arranged so that it can be lowered and can swivel in an alternating manner with regard to the first area. The upper edge (4c) is formed by the separately constructed upper sleeve (1d; 1e) in such a manner that the spacing areas (4d) are formed by the non-swiveling first area (1e) of the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), and the remaining upper edge (4e) is formed by the second area (1d) of the upper sleeve (1d; 1e), said second area being able to swivel in an alternating manner.

Description

TECHNISCHE GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA

The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and an upper sleeve for use in the inventive method.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

There is a manhole ring known (EP 0 759 488 A1), which consists of concrete or reinforced concrete and has a rotationally symmetrical upper edge and a lower edge. The upper edge is called Schachentringen as a spigot, the lower edge as Muffenende. The upper and lower edges of the known manhole member are shaped so that in the mounted state of two adjacent manhole components circumferentially spaced bearing surfaces are formed. For this purpose, at the lower edge, ie at the socket end, raised bearing surfaces are formed and suitable for bearing on a substantially annular bearing surface of the upper edge of the second shaft component. The lower edge has an inner throat and the upper edge has a substantially complementary to this throat formed radial cross-section. In the superimposed state of two manhole components, a cavity is formed between the two edges formed to receive a seal. In order to obtain statically perfect conditions, three-point supports are formed at the bearing points. These three-point supports are arranged throughout the shaft over the entire height within common vertical planes.

The production of such a manhole component takes place in the usual manner known so far: The socket end is formed on a stationary lower sleeve, the spigot of an upper sleeve, which is part of a Schachtringfertigers and at the same time to form the spigot about the longitudinal axis of the chess ring out and is pivoted forth and lowered in this alternating pivoting movement. The formation of the raised support surfaces can be done so far only at the socket end with a fixed lower sleeve. However, the arrangement of bearing surfaces on the underside, so the sleeve end, proves to be disadvantageous because the downwardly projecting bearing surfaces during transport of the manhole rings at this point are particularly vulnerable to stress and can be easily destroyed. In addition, the production of manhole rings with bearing surfaces at the socket end is expensive, because this is a large number of specially trained lower sleeves, which must have the shape of the bearing surfaces and are not simply rotationally symmetric, must be kept.

Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a method of known as presupposed type so that it allows the formation of distance ranges at the top, so at the tip end.

Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.The solution of this object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1.

The fact that the upper sleeve is no longer integrally formed, but is divided into two different areas, the first is formed without pivoting relative to the upper edge, while the second area remains pivotable, there is the possibility to make a training with a spigot, not is rotationally symmetric. Rather, the distance ranges can be arranged at a different height than the remaining remaining peripheral edge, both projecting upwards and fed in with respect to the rest of the edge. In a respect to the rest of the edge recessed level spacers are inserted into the distance ranges and then form with their tops the bearing surfaces, which bear against the lower edge of the overlying chess ring.

BESTER WEG ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGBEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

In the drawings, like parts are given the same reference numerals, which are different from each other when needed by high marks.

In Figure 1, a chess ring paver 1 is shown with its essential parts for a better understanding of the method. On a lower sleeve 3 is a freshly shaped manhole ring 4 with a vertical longitudinal axis 4a. The lower sleeve 3 is rotationally symmetrical. The lower sleeve 3 has formed the socket end of the chess ring 4.

From the manhole ring 4 a Spitzendformer is lifted, which is attached to a Preßglocke 1c. The Spitzenendformer is referred to as upper sleeve. Above the press bell 1c, the mold shell 1b is kept ready for lowering for the following production cycle.

At the designated as a spigot upper edge 4c are distributed uniformly on the circumference usually three distance regions 4d provided. The support surfaces of the distance range 4d protrude with respect to the remaining, adjoining peripheral edge 4e.

The drawing figures 2 to 6 show that the distance ranges 4d can be formed differently. Usually, they are raised, as in FIGS. 2 and 4 to 6. In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, they are lowered. In order to be able to form supports from the lowered distance regions 4d ', inserts must be inserted which protrude upward beyond the level of the annular edge 4e.

It is possible to form the support areas completely from concrete, as shown in Figure 2 at 4d. But it is also possible to produce the bearing areas at least partially made of other materials and mold or mold. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the core of the support region is formed by concrete, which is enclosed by a cap 6 made of plastic.

Der Aufbau ist aus Figur 8 ersichtlich:The essential feature of the upper sleeve is that it is designed to be split. The structure can be seen in FIG. 8:

A first upper sleeve portion 1e is non-rotatably on a vertical via a mechanism not shown in detail Support 7 held. Within the support 7 there is a central shaft 8, which is alternately pivotable about the axis 7a to both sides. The inner support 8 is connected to a basket-like element which carries the profile ring 9 provided for forming the spigot end. The first upper sleeve portion 1e, which is non-pivotable, is connected to the molding-fixed portion 11 via holders 10. Thus, the first and second upper sleeve area are pivotally movable relative to each other, arcuate slots 1f are provided on the first upper sleeve area, which are penetrated by the holders 10. In this way, the relative pivoting mobility between the first upper sleeve portion 1e and the second upper sleeve portion 1d results.

Auf diese Weise wird die Kappe 6 beim Formen des Spitzendes festgehalten ohne abfallen zu können.FIG. 7 shows that the non-rotatable upper sleeve region 1e has a receptacle for a cap 6 which can be pressurized with negative pressure. In this way, the cap 6 is held in forming the spigot end without being able to fall off.

Figur 4 wird mit einer Form gemäß Figur B-B gebildet und Figur 5 mit einer Form gemäß Figur B'-B'.Different embodiments of both the connection and the arrangement of the first upper sleeve region 1e and the second upper sleeve region 1d are shown in the various sectional views according to FIG. Of course, in practice only the same versions are provided on an upper sleeve. Figure AA shows the mold used to form Figure 3, Figure A'-A 'shows the mold used to form Figure 2. Figure 4 is formed with a shape according to Figure BB and Figure 5 with a shape according to Figure B'-B '.

Figur F-F zeigt die Übertragung der Andruckkraft vom zweiten verschwenkbaren Obermuffenbereich 1d auf den ersten Obermuffenbereich 1e mit Hilfe eines Kugellagers 1g und eines Lagerbolzens 1h.Figure C-C shows a simple storage of trained as a ring, non-rotatable upper sleeve portion 1e relative to the second upper sleeve portion 1d by means of a vertical screw. In Figure D-D is the unverschwenk bare upper sleeve portion 1e 'via a side flange on the pivotable second upper sleeve portion 1d' stored. Figure E-E shows a simple guidance of the first upper sleeve portion 1e in a circumferential longitudinal groove of the second upper sleeve portion 1d. Figure F-F shows the transmission of the pressing force from the second pivotable upper sleeve portion 1d on the first upper sleeve portion 1e by means of a ball bearing 1g and a bearing pin 1h.

the spacer zones (4d) are provided on the upper edge (4c) formed by the upper sleeve (1d; 1e) and the upper sleeve (1d; 1e) is divided into two different regions (le and 1d) of which the first region (1e) is designed so that it cannot turn relative to the upper edge (4c) but forms the spacer zones (4d) wherein the second region (1d) is mounted able to drop down jointly with the first region (1e) and able to turn relative to same in alternation wherein the shaping of the upper edge (4c) is carried out by means of the divided upper sleeve (1d; 1e) in such a way that the spacer zones (4d) are formed through the non-rotatable first region (1e) of the upper sleeve and the remaining upper edge (4e) is formed by the second region (1d) of the upper sleeve which can rotate in opposite directions.
  2. Upper sleeve for producing a manhole ring (4) according to the method according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
a second upper sleeve region (1d) which is able to rotate in opposite directions about the axis of symmetry of the manhole ring has the profile to shape the upper edge (4c) and that a first non-rotatable upper sleeve region (1e) has a holder (10) which passes through the second upper sleeve region (1d) and supports the shaping area for the spacer zone (4d).
  3. Upper sleeve according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
the holder (10) for the shaping area of the spacer zone (4d) passes through a circular arc-shaped oblong hole of the second upper sleeve region (1d).
  4. Upper sleeve according to claim 2 or 3,
    characterised in that
the second upper sleeve region (1d) is designed for entrainment of the first upper sleeve region (1e) during the formation of the upper edge (4c).
