Przedmiotem wynalazku jest srodek do gasze¬ nia piany powstajacej podczas fermentacji alko¬ holowej.Dotychczas stosowane srodki do gaszenia pia¬ ny skladaly sie glównie z tluszczów roslinnych i zwierzecych. Srodki te podczas destylacji al¬ koholu pozostawaly w wywarze, z którego nie mozna bylo ich zregenerowac.Srodek wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z mie¬ szaniny olejów fuzlowch otrzymywanych jako produkt uboczny podczas destylacji alkoholu oraz z tluszczów roslinnych i (lub) zwierzecych.Jeden ze skladników srodka — oleje fuzlowe sa stale regenerowane podczas destylacji alkoholu i moga byc ponownie uzyte do jego wytwarza¬ nia.
